
Kyle Francis is a seasoned healthcare executive with a robust finance, M&A, business development, and healthcare management background. Mr. Francis has held a range of executive and advisory roles across a range of companies, including serving as CFO and Chief Business Development Officer for Spring Fertility, a national network of fertility clinics, CFO for Digital Transformation Opportunities Corp's, a special purpose acquisition corporation, and its acquisition of American Oncology Network, CEO and CFO of Southern California Reproductive Center, a prominent chain of fertility clinics, which was sold to a national OBGYN network. Before that, he co-founded and served as Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc's Chief Financial Officer and Strategy Officer.
Mr. Francis began his career as an investment banker at CIBC World Markets Inc., In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Francis serves on the board of directors for RaceRocks, a Canadian technology company specializing in virtual reality training and remote learning for the defense industry. He also acts as an executive advisor to various private healthcare companies. Mr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Dwight Ryan is a seasoned executive with extensive finance, accounting, and operations experience in healthcare and technology with early-stage start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Ryan was formerly the VP and Chief Financial Officer from 1987-1998 of the first-of-its-kind infertility services company and took them public in 1991 on the NASDAQ. He developed a revolutionary infertility case management company to streamline patient care and contain medical and pharmacy costs for leading healthcare insurance companies.
Mr. Ryan has spent the majority of his career in the area of infertility. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey (RMA-NJ) and most recently at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA-NY). Mr. Ryan founded MedTech For Solutions, Inc in 2006, which provides Group Purchasing, laboratory, clinical, risk management/legal, practice development, and marketing services to the fertility industry. MedTech has built or retrofitted more IVF practices and laboratories than any company in the industry. Mr. Ryan is currently a board member on the national board of RESOLVE, having served over ten years as its treasurer and executive committee member.

Dr. Kathleen Miller is the author of more than 100 abstracts, papers and chapters on fertility and assisted reproduction technologies, Dr. Miller is well known for research advances in the field of blastocyst culture and pre-implantation genetics as well as a leading expert in laboratory management, quality improvement programs, and single embryo transfer. She continues to be actively involved in research projects focusing on time-lapse technology, artificial intelligence integration and pre-implantation genetic screening to select embryos that have the best chance of developing into a successful pregnancy and birth.
She has been the managing editor of the IFFS Surveillance since 2014, a triennial survey, initiated in 1998 by Drs. Howard Jones, Jr. and Jean Cohen, assessing practices of assisted reproductive technology at the global level.
Dr. Miller is also the Vice President of MedTech For Solutions and leads the laboratory division’s team specializing in the implementation of cutting edge assisted reproduction technologies, laboratory management and state of the art laboratory design and build out. In 2017, Dr. Miller created the OvaTools Training Institute. The Institute provides academic and theoretical knowledge in Assisted Reproductive Technology and Genetics with the best technical, hands-on training available today in a highly focused and supervised learning environment at the ART training facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Robert Peterson brings a strategic approach to workforce management and organizational development. He joined Innovation Fertility in 2024 after successfully leading network-wide payroll transitions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across multiple practices.
Prior to his current role, Robert served as Human Resources Manager at SpringCreek Fertility, where he directed HR operations and supported initiatives to strengthen compliance, talent development, and employee engagement. His background in finance, combined with advanced expertise in HR management and organizational leadership, enables him to align people strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Resham is the Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Innovation Fertility, where she oversees both practice and corporate operations while driving strategic growth initiatives across the network.
She leads physician alignment efforts, ensuring doctors are supported and accountable to business goals, while optimizing the patient experience and advancing technology adoption, including successful EMR/EHR transitions. Resham also directs marketing strategy and execution, strengthening brand presence and engagement across multiple markets. In addition, she has spearheaded major IT infrastructure upgrades, contract negotiations, and vendor partnerships that have delivered significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Resham oversees physician recruitment and supports the development of new business partnerships that drive growth, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration that supports long-term expansion and exceptional patient care.
She began her career at Deloitte with the Defense Health Agency, where she managed the transition from a legacy system to a cloud-based environment, enabling interoperability between the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DoD).

Jessica joined the Albaron team in 2022 as a fractional Controller across the Albaron portfolio. As Controller, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the accounting and finance departments at the companies she works with. This includes accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, cash management, and the creation of financial statements.
Prior to joining Albaron, Jessica was the Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidation at IntegraMed, a private equity backed management services organization specializing in reproductive medicine. Before entering the private equity space, Jessica was at KPMG LLP in the Financial Services Audit Practice. At KPMG she specialized in Banking and Capital Markets, serving some of the industry’s largest financial institutions.
Jessica obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from CUNY Queens College.

Kathy Houser brings over a decade of expertise in patient services and fertility clinic operations to her role as Vice President of Patient Services at Innovation Fertility. Since October 2024, she has led strategic initiatives to enhance patient experiences, streamline clinic efficiency, and foster collaboration across teams.
Prior to joining Innovation Fertility, Kathy served as a strategic advisor, guiding clinics on optimizing operations, patient care, and revenue growth. Her leadership at Spring Fertility as Call Center Manager was marked by significant improvements in performance metrics and patient satisfaction. Additionally, her marketing and operations roles at Fertility Bridge and Fertility Dynamics showcase her versatility and deep understanding of the reproductive healthcare industry.
